Most Chipotle's are the same, but I was rather disappointed in this location. I had just come from living down in Brasil, and all I've been wanting for the last 4 months was a burrito. We were in the mall for the Lego Store, but decided to grab a bite before the drive home. I was pretty excited when I saw Chipotle! While my family decided where in the food court they wanted to eat, I went STRAIGHT for my burrito. The crew were a little emotionless which isn't the end of the world I guess, but they didn't seem to know how to wrap the burrito! They tried several times to close what I think was a pretty simple burrito. They eventually just used extra foil to keep it closed. They asked if I was eating here, I said yes. They just handed me the burrito wrapped in foil. No paper bag, no tray, nothing. I had to take a bunch of napkins and make myself a little catch-all for when my burrito immediately fell apart as I unwrapped it. Thanks.

Along with most of the stores in the mall it had terrible service. Again most of the stores not all of them. But any who I love Chipotle and could eat it everyday. Love, the chicken and steak and get it everytime in a bowl and some times a burrito. However this place is just something else. We ordered two bowls, one chicken and one steak. The girl literally gave us MAYBBBEEE 15 pieces of small chicken and steak for the both of us. I say small because they're usually in chunks. Anywho it was that little where i could count how many pieces their were. I know chipotle has a 4oz rule for their meat but really? There was not even close to 4oz of meat. I also got fajitas, beans, rice, cheese, lettuce, and salsa on top and AGAIN she gave like a half scoop of everything and yes I asked if i could have more and extra this and that. By the end of the order my bowl was less then half full and i stoped asking for more because the girl seemed to be getting annoyed. I'm used to chipotle employees packing my bowls when i unlid them and giving good service. But tiny portion is not the only reason why i give this spot a one star. Once i started eating my steak bowl the steak didn't even have that chipotle spice that i love. It just tasted like beef with no seasoning. A bit disappointed in this location along with a few other stores in the mall.

As far as Chipotle locations go, I've been to much better. My first two trips here were fine, but I was really disappointed today. They left out my veggies, the rice was mushy, I got a half portion of meat, a heap of cheese when I asked for a little. The employees were to busy taking to each other to pay attention as well. The one outside of the mall is much better in my opinion.

Hands down my favorite Chipotle in the area. I work at the mall and almost ALWAYS eat here. The food is good. The service is excellent. The workers here are the friendliest of nearly any place I have ever eaten. I absolutely love this location, its food and its employees. Keep it up!

This is NOT your average Chipotle. And by average I mean: excellent and fast service providing consistently and properly prepared food. I've been here four times and every time it represented the low mark of Chipotle. Only one of those times it was busy so there is no excuse for this. In any other Chipotle, if you see they are getting low on rice, you know someone is in the back about to drop some fresh rice in. Not the case here at all. I just forego brown rice so I can hurry up and eat. The unenthusiastic staff work as an assembly line, assuming everyone wants everything on their bowl. I say "Just brown rice and chicken", she does that then starts putting fajitas and beans in there. So she just slid the beans off, didn't apologize, and stares at me blankly as if she is annoyed waiting for me to tell her what I want on the bowl. This happened again with a guy who just put sour cream all over my bowl. It's not even like I said "no sour cream" and he only heard "sour cream" and then put in my bowl. Ridiculous. The staff act like they're underpaid and working at Walmart. It's very uncoordinated and very unlike Chipotle. Which makes you marvel at how often they get it right at all of their other locations.

Waited in line for 20 minutes watching as the workers moved in slow motion. Portions were way too small for chipotle. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing. Everything was wrong with my order. They didn't even know how to wrap a burrito correctly. It was done too tightly even though the girl spent like 20+ seconds attempting to wrap it. This location is a disaster.

Worst service. I am beyond livid at the quality of employees this chipotle hired. They have no work ethics. I can understand that not a lot of people enjoy what they do but this is beyond ridiculous. I took my 15 minute break from my part time job at the mall, and I decided to go grab something quick. I figured 3 tacos that only have less than 4 ingredients in it would be fast enough to prepare. It is not an exaggeration when I say that it took exactly 13 minutes to get my 3 tacos prepared and paid for, since the time he acknowledged me in the line. He wasted my time first by making me wait for extra cheese for the counter (I was not even interested in cheese on my tacos). Once I got to the register 4 of the employees behind the counter (including 3 at the register) decided to talk about people in line with each other and completely ignore me trying to hand them my card. After finally handing my card to the girl at the counter, she swiped it and I was left waiting for her to bag my tacos and send me on my way. Once I realized after waiting several minutes that she was not going to do that, I grabbed my meal and left with 2 minutes left to my break. Needless to say, I will never go back there again and I sure hope that they reconsider hiring people with poor work ethics as they currently have working there now.

This chipotle was better than others I've eaten at in the area...but I ordered sofritas (tofu) on my bowl and got a piece if chicken on it! I'm a vegetarian so that's not cool. I think they need to slow down about and not slack off on standards.

Steak tasted like it came from a fisher price kitchen play set. I've had better at McDonalds.

Chipotle food, but mall food court service. I work nearby and come to this food court frequently for lunch or dinner. Frequently the line is long, and the employees often talking to themselves make it move slow. When they run out of something they're not very quick at replenishing. Could be that management should step up their game, because this could be a fantastic food court location.

Not a good chipotle. The didn't have the grilled onions and peppers. As in at noon, prime lunch hour, they had not gotten to making ANY. The burrito was pretty bad. Something wasn't cooked quite right- either the beans or the chicken was just horrible cuts and I was getting hard chewy bites. It was disgusting. Don't bother. Go to Mo's!

Went here for lunch around 2:00. Employees were standing around and didn't greet me. Just said "we're out of rice". How can a chipotle be out of rice?

Standard fare at any Chipotle, which I love. My regular is: Burrito bowl with tortilla in side Mixed white and brown rice with extra brown rice instead of beans Half chicken and half steak ( for the price of steak) 2 scoops pico 2 scoops corn Lettuce on top The servings were very generous, and I felt like it was my birthday (I have low expectations) From the moment I stepped into line I was greeted with smiles and "good morning." Everyone was super nice, the cashier even offered to put lemon in my cup of water. Counters, cooking tops, and service areas were all clean. The dining area is the King of Prussia mall food court which is newly renovated and very nice and clean. There's usually some pop music playing overheard, and it can get a little loud and noisy during peak lunch hours. Enjoy!

if I could give this place negative stars I absolutely would. nothing infuriates me more than workers that make it clear they don't want to work. there are plenty of people without jobs that would be glad to take yours. talking poorly about a customer to your coworker while I'm standing infront of you is by far the worst customer service I've witnessed and in general just rude. when you get off the clock feel free to judge all the customers you served that day. I've never gotten so mad at a place of business before. I am most definitely sure me and my friend will no longer return to this chipotle. the burritos we were given were OPEN. the tin foil and burrito itself were not closed. we ended up not eating and leaving the food court all together. word of advise, train your staff to atleast ACT like they enjoy their job and not take their negativity and slow skills onto someone else.

Look, there's a Chipotle in the KOP Mall food court now. Talk about an upgrade from Taco Bell, eh? If you know what Chipotle already tastes like, you will not be disappointed in this location. In fact I think Chipotle is perfect for this food court. Now if they can only get rid of that Subway next door, we'll really be in business.

I'm a huge Chipotle fan, but this location is a disaster. Literally every time I've gone something has gone wrong. Save yourself the trouble and eat at one of the other food court places and get Chipotle another time.

While I normally love chipotle, this one is not on par with others in the vicinity. The burrito is not wrapped as tight here, and a regular of the brand knows what I mean. Other than that, service was pretty good

When I heard a Chipotle was coming to the mall I thought it was just a rumor? You know what, it was true!! Chipotle is my favorite Mexican chain restaurant. Sorry Plaza Azteca! The burritos are tasty as usual! I recommend it! I love it!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
